Job Description

About Rize

Rize (rize.farm) is a leading Climate/fin-tech startup uniquely positioned to drive solutions that make rice cultivation more sustainable and improve farmer livelihoods in Asia. These sustainable solutions are urgently needed as rice cultivation is one of the largest polluting forms of agriculture globally (even worse than global aviation ) and rice is grown by some of the most climate-exposed smallholder farmer communities in Asia.. Formed through a joint venture between world-class investors: Temasek, Wavemaker Impact, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, and GenZero in 2023, Rize is the only independent platform focusing solely on the sustainable transition of rice cultivation and improving rice farmers economic livelihood.

Rizes technological platform captures vital agricultural data essential for implementing sustainable farming practices. These practices and solutions make rice farmers more climate-resilient, increase crop yields, lowers costs, and facilitates efficient access to financing solutions. Rize currently has operations in Indonesia and Vietnam and plans to expand further within the region. Rize has received substantial global media attention, acknowledging our efforts in this journey - please read more here: Bloomberg,Business Insider,DealStreetAsia.
