Job Description:

  • Own program initatives for Affiliate, including traffic growth objectives, monetization models, and creator adoption
  • Define and iterate commercial frameworks (commission structures, incentives, co-investment mechanics) tailored to user behaviors
  • Drive execution of initiatives in close partnership with internal teams (Traffic, Content, Product, Ops)
  • Ensure traffic quality, conversion efficiency, and ROI discipline aligned with platform-level goals
  • Set clear KPIs, targets, and success metrics for program initiatives
  • Own budget planning and usage governance for affiliate programs
  • Establish reporting cadence and performance dashboards to support data-driven decisions and leadership updates
  • Identify and develop strategic creator segments within the Shopee's ecosystem
  • Design tiered treatments and differentiated strategies across creator cohorts to maximize incremental impact
  • Continuously assess market dynamics, creator behavior shifts, and competitive benchmarks to refine approach

Requirements:

  • 4â€6 years of experience in digital marketing / affiliate marketing (at least 2 years in a strategy or planning role) or consulting / investment banking
  • Proven track record in managing multi-platform traffic or growth programs with measurable business impact
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills capable of influencing senior cross-functional teams
  • Strategic problem solver comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
  • Previous experience managing small teams or leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience working with major platforms
  • Familiarity with e-commerce traffic funnels, attribution, and partner monetization models
