Develop pricing strategy and profitability action plans across the retail portfolio to optimize revenue, margin, and price competitiveness.
Analyze portfolio performance to identify P&L opportunities, promotion inefficiencies, and actionable insights to support commercial decision-making.
Track post-implementation results, evaluate business impact, and propose course-correction actions to continuously improve portfolio P&L.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategy, drive execution, and track business impact.

Requirements

3+ years relevant experience in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect data with business actions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on business problems.
Good communications and stakeholder management skills
Experience in pricing, net revenue management, management consulting, commercial strategy or research house is preferred
