Job Description

The Strategic Partnerships Lead (New Business) is a high-impact, revenue-focused role dedicated to expanding the market presence of Zalo Business Solutions (including OA Solutions, Business Messaging, and other incubated products). This position requires a hunter mindset, focusing on identifying, engaging, and closing high-value strategic partnerships and new accounts to drive immediate and sustainable business growth.

What you will do:

  • Drive New Revenue: Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to high-level negotiations and closing net-new strategic accounts;
  • Pipeline Engineering: Proactively identify and qualify high-potential leads in target industries, maintaining a consistent and healthy pipeline to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets;
  • Strategic Prospecting: Execute sophisticated outbound strategies, including cold-calling, networking, and leveraging industry insights to penetrate previously untapped market segments;
  • Pitch & Solution Selling: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives or Business/Unit Leaders, articulating the unique value proposition of Zalo Solutions for Businesses (OA, ZBS Template message, Mini App, or other assigned products);
  • Commercial Negotiation: Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements, ensuring favorable terms for Zalo Business Solutions while delivering high value to the partner;
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements to identify new growth levers and optimize the sales approach;
  • Sales Reporting: Utilize CRM tools to track activity, forecast revenue accurately, and provide data-driven insights to senior management;
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the product and operations teams to ensure new partnerships are successfully onboarded and set up for long-term scale.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields;
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Enterprise Account Acquisition, preferably within the SaaS, Fintech, or OTT industry;
  • Proven Hunter Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and bringing in significant new business from scratch;
  • High-Stakes Negotiation Skills: Experience interacting with and influencing senior decision-makers and C-suite executives;
  • Strategic Sales Mindset: Strong ability to translate complex product features into business solutions that solve client pain points;
  • Resilience & Drive: A results-oriented professional who thrives under high pressure and is motivated by hitting aggressive targets;
  • Communication Excellence: Fluency in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to present and negotiate with high impact;
  • Professional, proactive, and collaborative working style.
