Job Description:

  • Manage and grow relationships with B2B partners including loyalty platforms, corporate clients, and other business entities.
  • Drive voucher sales through lead gen, cold call, sales pitch, account management, joint business planning, and partnership growth initiatives.
  • Pitch new opportunities, negotiate deals, and close agreements to meet business targets.
  • Oversee contract processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Take ownership of managing and executing partner B2B orders, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery and coordination with stakeholders
  • Track, analyze and report partnership performance, campaign effectiveness, and partner ROI, providing insights for continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of individual contributor experience in sales, account management, business development, or partnership management.
  • Strong skills in pitching, negotiating, and managing client relationships.
  • Proven ability to handle contracts, processes, and details with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Good command of English
  • Proficient in google suites products
