About this role

As a Staff Full Stack AI Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end AI/ML applications, including scalable front-end interfaces and robust back-end systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UI and backend development for AI tool development projects.
  • Build and enhance user interfaces and experiences for AI solutions, including front-end and back-end systems and deploying complete applications.
  • Develop and maintain full stack AI/ML applications using Databricks tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and AI/ML engineers, and domain experts on cross-functional projects using Databricks Workspaces.
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends in AI/ML applications and Databricks technologies.

Qualifications

Must have :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of full-time work experience.
  • Experience with web development frameworks and tools, such as React, Angular, Bootstrap, etc for AI applications.
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js or other programming languages for full stack AI/ML development.
  • Experience working with APIs
  • Strong familiarity developing with Databricks products and services
  • Have working knowledge of CI/CD.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and white-boarding skills.
  • Passionate about creating innovative and impactful AI/ML solutions.
  • Business-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Strongly Preferred:

  • Databricks certifications.
  • Experience in developing and deploying full stack AI/ML applications using Databricks products and services.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
  • Working knowledge of at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Azure certifications.
  • Knowledge in LLM actual use cases.
  • Experience working with a geographically distributed and cross-functional team including systems integrators and third-party companies.
