Technical Architect

Salary: 60 – 90+ Million VND (Negotiable based on experience and technical capability)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead system architecture, technical solution design, and engineering delivery across internal platforms and high-security outsourcing projects.

This role requires strong expertise in backend technologies such as Go, Node.js, or .NET, combined with proven experience leading engineering teams and designing scalable, high-performance systems.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business requirements, technical architecture, and delivery execution while ensuring system scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability in a fast-paced technology environment.

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures for enterprise platforms and outsourcing projects.
• Define technical solutions, architecture standards, and system integration approaches.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction across projects.
• Ensure proper implementation of microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture.
• Review and validate technical designs, coding standards, and infrastructure approaches.

• Lead, manage, and mentor Web and Mobile development teams across multiple projects.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support engineering best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, QC teams, Designers, and development teams to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality delivery.
• Drive technical decision-making and support complex problem-solving for systems and application architecture.
• Ensure engineering standards, coding quality, and development processes are consistently followed across teams.
• Support team growth through mentoring, technical reviews, and knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee technical execution and solution delivery across multiple Web and Mobile projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify technical risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the key technical point of contact for internal teams and external clients.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, system architecture, and engineering execution.
• Provide regular technical updates, architecture proposals, and delivery reports to management.

• Support Web, Mobile, and backend system development activities when required.
• Ensure high system performance, reliability, security, and maintainability across all platforms.
• Oversee integrations between Web applications, Mobile applications, backend systems, and third-party services.
• Ensure stable deployment, monitoring, and release processes across projects.
• Provide hands-on support for critical technical challenges and architecture decisions.
• Ensure systems are designed with scalability, maintainability, and long-term stability in mind.

• Improve engineering standards, workflows, and development processes across Web and Mobile teams.
• Promote architecture governance and technical consistency across projects.
• Encourage adoption of modern technologies and AI tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering organization.

6. Other Responsibilities

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing engineering teams in roles such as Team Lead, Technical Lead, or Technical Architect.
• Strong hands-on backend development experience in at least one of the following technologies: Go (Golang) — mandatory, Node.js, .NET
• Strong experience in designing scalable systems and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with APIs, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of system performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working on high-security outsourcing projects or enterprise systems is a strong advantage.
• Experience using AI tools to improve engineering productivity is a plus.
