About Kirby South East Asia

Kirby South East Asia started its operation in 2008 with its 50,000 MT annual capacity plant in Vietnam. In its few years of operation Kirby SEA has designed and supplied various buildings in Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Australia, Bangladesh and Myanmar markets. Kirby South East Asia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kirby International.

Responsibilities

- Assist in formulating and implementing human resource policies and programs.

- Assisting/Consulting managers with manpower requirements, work closely with managers on performance reviews and other HR related issues.

- Identifying and addressing employees requirements regarding performance issues & training.

- Time keeping and payroll for Manpower suppliers.

Qualifications

- At least 2 years of working experience in the same positions

Ít nht 2 nm kinh nghim v trí tng ng

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, law, Human Resources Management, or similar degree

- English and Vietnamese proficiency
