Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver On-the-Job (OJT) and technical training programs for Production/Wafer manufacturing areas.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design training solutions aligned with operational KPIs and manufacturing goals.
- Develop and continuously improve training materials, SOPs, training library, and competency frameworks.
- Evaluate post-training effectiveness using certification results, competency assessments, and production KPIs; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Administer and optimize the Training Management System (LMS) and ensure accurate training documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Production, Engineering, Quality, HR) to address skill gaps and performance deviations.
- Lead and develop technical trainers to ensure training quality and compliance with internal standards (IATF/ISO/audit requirements).
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Training, Learning & Development, or Operations Training within a manufacturing environment (semiconductor/electronics preferred).
- Experience managing full training cycle: TNA, design, delivery, evaluation.
- Familiarity with LMS administration and training process documentation is a plus.
- Prior experience in manufacturing/production environment is strongly preferred.
Skills
- Strong training design & facilitation skills (OJT, technical programs).
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production KPIs.
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify skill gaps and drive performance improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
