Job Description
Recruitment & Talent acquisition
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume positions.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR management.
Employer branding
- Support and implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen Vedan's employer image.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, campus recruitment programs, and open house events.
- Manage employer branding content on recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote company culture and employee value proposition.
Recruitment marketing & Partnerships
- Maintain relationships with universities, training institutions, and recruitment partners.
- Support internship and graduate programs.
- Develop talent networks and sourcing channels for future hiring needs.
HR projects & Other tasks
- Participate in HR projects related to talent acquisition and workforce planning.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Commerce, or related fields.
- At least 3 years in recruitment or project management within F&B or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Chinese/English is a MUST.
- Strong knowledge of leveraging social media and communication platforms for recruitment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
