Sr Engineer/Engineer - Civil (STP Project)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all phases of STP project execution - from design to commissioning.
• Prepare technical specifications, process flow diagrams (PFDs), and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for new and existing projects.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
• Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and documentation.
• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of STP systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support operation and maintenance teams post-commissioning, as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum [5 - 10] years of experience in STP or wastewater treatment projects.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes (MBR, SBR, ASP, etc.).
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., CPCB, MoEF guidelines).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other engineering tools.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
