Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Manage and support public/private cloud environments and hosted applications across platforms.
- Conduct solution deployments, technical testing, performance validation, and change management.
- Troubleshoot incidents and support customizations, including groovy scripts and integrations.
- Collaborate on automation, monitoring, logging, and stability improvements across systems.
Role Responsibilities:
- Administer Linux/Windows environments, RHEL, and cloud tools (AWS, Kubernetes).
- Work with web technologies (JBoss, Tomcat), LDAP, Oracle/MySQL/SQL Server databases.
- Implement scripts using PowerShell, PERL, Shell, Puppet, or Python.
- Ensure ITIL-compliant service operations, including networking, storage, and firewall configurations.
