- Learn and research bus management software solutions.
- Guide and implement software for transportation partners.
- Train bus company staff to use the software effectively.
- Provide operational support to customers post-implementation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure service quality.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Graduated from College or above in IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and ability to instruct others.
- Good organizational and work management skills; able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- No prior experience required (the company provides full training from basic to advanced).
