Working Location
We have two offices: one in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, and another in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are currently implementing a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

About The Job
At PostCo, engineers don't just write code - they build products.
You'll play a direct role in shaping how our products evolve as we move from a single product into a global, multi-product platform.
We take great pride in our software, and we want people who share the same passion for building great software. You will be part of our team of software engineers and work on the software suite behind a global SaaS product that is scaling worldwide.
We also operate as an AI-first engineering team. From prototyping to debugging to shipping features faster, AI is deeply embedded into how we work. We expect engineers to actively leverage AI tools to increase speed, quality, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive parts of PostCo's product roadmap as we expand into a multi-product platform
- Assume ownership of features end to end through development, testing and release
- Design and contribute to make PostCo a better, more powerful SaaS software across the globe
- Enjoy being a generalist working across the entire stack: frontend, backend, and anything it takes to solve problems and delight users
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate development, testing, and learning
- Build AI-powered product features that feel native, fast, and delightful to use
- Open minded and opinionated - able to voice out and take opinions in polite and objective manner
Job Requirements
- 1 years+ of industry experience
- Graduate / student in Computer Science or related technical field; or self-taught developers who are able to prove his / her abilities through group or personal projects.
- A product mindset, you care about what you build, not just how you build it
- Enjoy being a generalist working across the entire stack: frontend, backend, and anything it takes to solve problems and delight users.
- Proficient at leveraging AI tools as part of the development workflow, from prototyping and debugging to accelerating learning and improving code quality
- Comfortable programming in any programming language and willing to learn our stack - Ruby on Rails and React.
- Willing to attempt seemingly impossible problems and view it as a learning opportunity.
- Continuous learner and eager to share knowledge with the team.
- Open minded and opinionated - able to voice out and take opinions in polite and objective manner.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
