1. THE MISSION
At Shutta, we are building the Central Nervous System (CNS) - a unified operational ecosystem. We are not looking for a media buyer. We need a Social Performance Specialist to act as the strategic Brain of our social operations, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution:
- No Inertia: Every action is driven by data and hypotheses (Hypothesis-Driven Design - HDD).
- No Negligence: Mastering algorithms and technical precision while auditing the team's output.
- No Stagnation: Architecting efficient workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and drive scale.
2. CORE RESPONSIBILITIESA. Strategic Architect (HDD & Research)- Deep Research: Lead analysis on User Personas, competitors, and market trends to define the client's competitive edge.
- Campaign DNA: Design conversion funnels, logic flowcharts, and implementation timelines.
- Hypothesis Management (HDD): Formulate clear If/Then research hypotheses before every launch.
- KPI Setting: Establish challenging yet realistic performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CR, VALUE).
B. Performance Engineer (Technical Execution)- Platform Mastery: Direct management of Meta Ads Manager and other social platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Advanced Setup: Conduct audience research (Custom/LAL), exclusion mapping, and optimal campaign structuring.
- Multi-layer Optimization: Beyond budget, optimize the entire journey from ad creative to post-click experience.
- Compliance & Tracking: Own the tracking setup and ensure all ads strictly follow platform policies.
C. The Gatekeeper & Mentor (Quality Control)- Creative Direction: Translate strategy into high-impact Creative Briefs for Designers and Creators.
- Audit & Approval: Review and approve monthly Content Calendars. Ensure the Body (content) perfectly matches the Soul (performance strategy).
- Mentoring: Directly guide and upskill junior members/interns. You hold ultimate accountability for the team's quality of work.
D. Insight Translator (Data Analysis)- Strategic Reporting: Deliver monthly reports focused on Actionable Insights (The What's next).
- Pattern Recognition: Link scattered metrics to uncover the human truth behind the numbers.
3. THE SHUTTA DNA (REQUIREMENTS)Skillset:- Experience: 2-3 years in Performance Marketing (Agency experience preferred).
- Technical: Deep understanding of Meta/TikTok algorithms and analytics (CPM, CTR, CR, AOV, LTV).
- Systemic Thinking: Proficient in using Flowcharts/Mindmaps to organize complex information.

- Proactive Curiosity: Identifying system errors and account issues before clients or managers even notice.

4. OKRs & SUCCESS METRICS- Performance: Consistently hitting target for clients.
- System Quality: 100% of campaigns backed by an HDD hypothesis and an Insight report.
- Team Management: Zero delays or technical errors from managed direct reports.
