Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP), you will play a crucial role in building our dream team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process (70%) and driving talent development & employer branding initiatives (30%). This role acts as a strategic bridge between the HR department and business units to ensure we attract, integrate, and retain top-tier talent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Strategic Sourcing: Partner with Hiring Managers to identify manpower needs and define selection criteria. Proactively source candidates via Adjob, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
  • Content & Selection: Draft compelling Job Descriptions (JDs) and develop structured interview questionnaires tailored to each role.
  • Execution: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation.
  • Data Management: Maintain organized records of all recruitment documents, interview notes, and candidate pipelines to ensure transparency for key stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly, quarterly, and annual recruitment reports to track KPIs (Time-to-hire, Cost-per-hire, Quality of hire).

2. Onboarding, Off-boarding & L&D (30%)

  • Integration: Lead the On-boarding process. Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a seamless Day 1 experience for new hires.
  • Retention: Conduct follow-ups with new employees during the first month of probation to ensure cultural fit and performance alignment.
  • L&D Collaboration: Partner with the L&D team to implement internal training programs and professional development activities for TAL (The A List) staff.
  • Performance Reviews: Participate in key HR milestones, including Probation Reviews and Annual Appraisals.
  • Off-boarding: Manage the resignation process, including conducting Exit Interviews and overseeing the handover transition.
  • Employer Branding: Organize and attend career fairs and networking events to build a strong talent pool. Support long-term employer branding strategies to position The A List as a top employer in the industry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, LnD (Experience in Agency or Creative/Marketing sectors is a plus).

  • Skills:

Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn, Adjob, and social media.

Strong interviewing skills (Behavioral-based or STAR technique).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Attributes:

People-oriented with high emotional intelligence (EQ).

Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.

A proactive can-do attitude and a passion for people development.

  • Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all organizational levels

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or similar HR roles is preferred

Familiarity with the influencer marketing or advertising industry is a plus

Expertise in Performance Management and organizational development

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on providing impactful HR solutions.
