Job description:
Exciting opportunity to be part of a startup digital marketing agency in Vietnam - a subsidiary of an Australian digital marketing startup - with never-ending opportunities for growth for the right candidate.
The SEO Specialist will manage and execute search strategies for clients across a variety of industries, using organic tactics. The specialist will devise content strategies, research and test keywords, manage results, analyze click-through data, and identify synergies between SEO and SEM to help our clients succeed.
As we are a startup, no day will be the same and the SEO specialist's free-thinking and ambitious mind will be an integral part of all areas of growing the business.

Job Requirements
* Essential:
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization and search engine marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Ability to research, identify, and implement new strategies.
- AI Integration: Apply artificial intelligence tools to streamline SEO processes and enhance content strategy outcomes.
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Strong understanding of AI search-driven and have experience in practical applications
- Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with other teams to identify synergies between SEO and SEM, and contribute innovative ideas to all aspects of business growth.
- Demonstrated working knowledge/understanding in: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Screaming Frogs, etc.
- Able to recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Branding Insight: Leverage your understanding of branding, combine it with an SEO plan to help shape client strategies and enhance their market positioning.
** Desired:
- Understanding of local SEO practices.
- Experience integrating AI tools to optimize SEO processes is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of branding principles and their application in digital marketing is an advantage.
