Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
This position is responsible for providing services to the maintenance department in order to troubleshoot, repair, maintain equipment, analysis error machine.
Education & Experience
- Vocational Intermediate Level or College Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Heat-Refrigeration or equivalent specialisations.
- 6+ years experience in manufacturing environment, repair and preventive maintenance machine
- Experience assembly & semiconductor equipment such as Reflow furnace, Pick and place machine CNC machine, wet chemical equipment.
Skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawing and technical manual in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues
- Ability to provide guidance and technical support to junior technicians
Safety Requirements
