Job Description:
Drive and continuously enhance the company's key Graduate and Leadership talent programs to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
Partner with business leaders to translate workforce needs into structured talent initiatives.
- Design and manage structured talent programs aligned with business priorities.
- Translate capability gaps and succession needs into practical development initiatives across different employee levels.
- Own the end-to-end coordination and continuous improvement of flagship programs, including selection design, rotations, development roadmap, performance reviews, and placement.
- Partner closely with L&D Lead, HRBP Leads, and Recruitment to ensure aligned talent strategy and execution.
- Continuously refine processes and frameworks to improve scalability and reduce operational inefficiencies.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development.
- Experience managing structured talent or leadership programs.
- Strong business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently.
- Good English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
