Directly source and headhunt senior to expert-level IT talents, ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring needs with high-quality candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to clarify technical and business requirements. Continuously update knowledge of IT labor market trends, salary benchmarks, talent movement in tech sectors
Monitor and analyze IT talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate movements.
Develop and maintain a strong long-term talent pipeline for critical roles.
Actively contribute to optimizing recruitment processes and sourcing effectiveness.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or Telecommunications.
Minimum of 5 years experience in IT headhunting or technical recruitment.
Proven track record of hiring senior, lead, and expert-level IT professionals.
Strong hands-on sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
Solid understanding of IT roles, technology stacks, and the hiring market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
High level of ownership with the ability to work independently and deliver results.

Salary package: Up to $1800++(salary will be further discussed during the interview process).
