About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Advisor APAC to join our regional Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will act as a strategic hiring partner to the business, supporting Ingenico's growth across the Asia-Pacific region by delivering high-quality hiring outcomes and market-driven talent insights.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Vietnam (Ha Noi) or Australia (Sydney or Melbourne), supporting multiple APAC markets.
What You'll Do
- Partner with APAC business leaders to understand workforce needs aligned with Ingenico's growth strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategies, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights across APAC
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across technology, software, payments, and business functions
- Deliver hiring across multiple APAC countries while balancing speed, quality, and complexity
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, and regional leadership
- Constructively challenge role requirements and hiring approaches to improve quality of hire
- Proactively source talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping
- Build and maintain pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles within fintech, payments, and technology domains
- Leverage recruitment data, analytics, and AI-enabled sourcing tools to improve hiring outcomes
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, recruitment governance, and DEI standards across APAC
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Up to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Advisory roles
- Background in consulting, software/SaaS, fintech, payments, or technology-driven organizations
- Proven experience managing multi-country hiring across APAC
- Strong consultative mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving, and matrixed environments
- Strong direct sourcing, market research, and talent mapping capability
- Data-driven approach to recruitment and decision-making
- Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Vietnamese or other APAC regional languages is a plus
- Experience working in cross-cultural and regional environments
