Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and yearly recruitment plans based on approved headcounts.
- Collaborate closely with department leaders to identify hiring needs and prioritize recruitment efforts.
- Design and manage diverse sourcing strategies to attract high-quality engineering and technology talent.
- Build, maintain, and manage an organized database of candidate information.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability based on job requirements.
- Provide timely feedback, insights, and hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local and international training organizations to strengthen the VinDynamics employer brand.
- Promote VinDynamics as an employer of choice in the engineering, robotics, and AI sectors through networking and outreach activities.
- Welcome new hires and support a smooth, professional onboarding process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven track record of successful hiring across diversified industries, preferably in engineering or technology.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
