OUR CORE SERVICES: Development Services (Outsource & Offshore), In-House Development (Apps, Games, Anime, Arts, Design, Big Data/Analytics, IoT, VR, AI)

What we are looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong preference for candidates with headhunting background
  • Proven ability to work directly with clients, understand their hiring needs, and provide consultative recruitment solutions
  • Strong skills in sourcing and engaging passive candidates across various platforms (LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
  • Excellent command of English (both verbal and written), with confidence to communicate with senior-level professionals (e.g., Country Manager, Director)
  • Highly proactive, independent, and confident in managing priorities under pressure
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage recruitment for both external clients and internal hiring needs across different business units (tech and non-tech)
  • Energetic, passionate, and eager to learn and grow
Nice to have
  • Experience recruiting for international markets is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of the IT industry or technical roles is a plus
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, multicultural teams
  • Existing talent network or candidate database
What you are going to do
  • Act as a recruitment partner to our clients, leading the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer
  • Identify, source, and engage top talent through headhunting and networking
  • Manage hiring pipelines across technical, design, and corporate roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers (internal and external) to define job requirements and hiring strategies
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess both technical capabilities and cultural fit
  • Coordinate the interview process and ensure excellent candidate experience
  • Maintain a well-organized recruitment database and ensure timely reporting
  • Actively contribute to process improvement and help build our recruitment brand
