We are looking for a passionate and strategic Talent Acquisition specialist to lead end-to-end hiring activities, ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition across a wide range of roles — from high-volume hiring to specialized positions.

What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and key positions across Head Office functions and business units
Lead and optimize the full recruitment process to ensure talent is acquired on time and in alignment with the workforce plan
Provide guidance to candidates and stakeholders regarding recruitment and transition procedures
Partner closely with senior leaders to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and design effective hiring strategies

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, HR, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with proven success in managing diverse hiring portfolios
Strong experience collaborating with business units and driving recruitment initiatives end-to-end
