Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Independently manage full-cycle recruitment for local and selected global roles, ensuring quality, speed, and compliance
  • Build, maintain, and proactively manage talent pipelines for critical and high-volume positions
  • Conduct advanced candidate assessments through phone, video, and in-person interviews and provide structured evaluation feedback
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to optimize interview processes and candidate experience
  • Manage and strengthen recruitment channels including agencies, labor suppliers, campus programs, and internal referrals
  • Develop and maintain candidate pools for internships, trainee programs, and future workforce needs
  • Ensure accurate recruitment administration, documentation, and audit readiness within HR systems (e.g. Oracle)
  • Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing activities across digital and social platforms
  • Optimize recruitment workflows using data, automation, and continuous improvement approaches
  • Prepare and analyze recruitment, hiring, turnover, and headcount reports to support workforce planning decisions
  • Lead or support special recruitment and HR projects and provide recommendations to management

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Economics, Law, Foreign Languages, or Social Sciences
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in high-volume hiring for direct labor and contingent workforce
  • Experience working with recruitment agencies, labor suppliers, or campus hiring programs
  • Strong candidate sourcing, pre-onboarding, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical capability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and ATS systems (Oracle experience preferred)
  • Good knowledge of local labor regulations related to recruitment
  • Strong communication skills in English; Vietnamese fluency assumed for local role
