Job Summary
Oriental Logistics Vietnam, a member of Oriental Group is in an exciting growth phase and is looking for a hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition & HR professional to build and develop our team.
This role will take full ownership of recruitment (especially Sales & Operations) while gradually establishing HR foundations to support the company's growth.
** Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (Core Focus – 60–70%)
- Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment for positions, especially Sales & Operations in logistics
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social platforms, referrals, headhunting)
- Work closely with General Director to define hiring needs and job requirements
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for business expansion
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
2. HR Setup & Team Building (20–30%)
- Build and standardize HR processes from scratch (onboarding, policies, documentation)
- Support organizational structure planning aligned with business growth
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Act as a trusted HR partner to leadership team
3. HR Operations & Administration (10–20%)
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Support implementation of basic C&B policies
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor law
- Oversee general office administration tasks
** Requirements
Must-have
- 4+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on Talent Acquisition
- Proven experience hiring for Sales and/or Operations roles
- Strong hands-on sourcing and recruitment skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, result-driven, and able to work under pressure
- Graduated from College/University in the following fields: Human Resource Management, Office Administration, Law, Business Administration, or related fields

- Experience in logistics, supply chain
- Experience as a first HR / HR builder
- Good English communication skills
- Existing candidate network in relevant industries
