Position Title: School Partnership Manager (Aviation Talent Development)
Location: Vietnam – Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City
Overview
Oriental Aviation International (OAI) is a global aviation manpower and workforce solutions provider supporting airlines, MRO organisations, and aerospace companies across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and North America.
We are seeking a School Partnership Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships with universities, polytechnics, and technical institutes across Vietnam to build a sustainable pipeline of aviation engineering talent.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and engaging engineering faculties, establishing institutional relationships, and enabling student recruitment pathways into the aviation and aerospace industry.
This role requires a highly proactive individual who is comfortable operating independently, building long-term relationships with academic institutions, and executing outreach strategies to attract engineering students into aviation careers.

Key Responsibilities
University & Institutional Partnerships
• Identify, approach, and establish relationships with universities, polytechnics, and vocational institutes with strong engineering and aviation-related programs.
• Build strong working relationships with deans, faculty heads, career service offices, and engineering department leaders.
• Facilitate and coordinate the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) or partnership agreements between institutions and Oriental Aviation International where applicable.
• Where MOUs are not required, secure formal permission for student engagement, recruitment access, and campus activities.

Talent Pipeline Development
• Create a structured pipeline of engineering students, fresh graduates, and aviation technical trainees for recruitment opportunities.
• Coordinate career talks, campus recruitment events, seminars, and industry presentations to promote aviation career pathways.
• Work closely with faculty members to identify top-performing engineering students suitable for aviation industry placements.
• Support the development of internship and graduate placement programmes aligned with aviation industry needs.

Outreach and Market Coverage
• Focus on building strong partnerships in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, with additional outreach to universities and technical schools in other provinces.
• Conduct regular campus visits and relationship-building activities with academic institutions.
• Maintain a database of universities, engineering faculties, and student organizations relevant to the aviation industry.

• Develop and implement a structured outreach and engagement strategy for university partnerships.
• Create a yearly action plan and target pipeline metrics for institutional partnerships and student engagement.
• Monitor partnership effectiveness and continuously refine engagement strategies to increase recruitment outcomes.

• Represent Oriental Aviation International as a trusted industry partner within the academic community.
• Promote awareness of aviation engineering career pathways and global opportunities within the aerospace industry.
• Position OAI as a preferred partner for universities seeking industry collaboration and employment opportunities for their students.

Key Requirements
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Human Resources, Aviation Management, or related field.
Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in university relations, recruitment, partnership development, or business development.
• Experience engaging with universities or technical training institutions is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with engineering faculties or technical education networks is an advantage.
