You will be the fastest pop culture radar in the team — turning trending moments into meaningful content for CTicket.
- Plan and execute social content across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Stay on top of showbiz, fandoms, concerts, and idol culture to catch and ride trends in real time
- Create real-time content based on viral topics, especially in music & entertainment
- Attend ticketing events, concerts, fan meetings, etc. to capture real-life photos and videos
- Shoot and edit short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) following trending formats
- Collaborate with design/production teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines while staying culturally relevant
- Propose social campaign ideas that drive engagement and resonate with Gen Z
- Track performance and optimize content based on audience insights
- Execute seeding and community engagement activities across platforms to amplify reach and shape conversations
- Monitor social listening signals, identify potential risks, and support communication handling when needed
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social/content marketing (preferably in entertainment, ticketing, or lifestyle)
- Strong passion for showbiz, music, concerts, and fandom culture — you know how to ride trends with intention
- Highly trend-sensitive: quick to spot, understand, and apply trends, memes, and TikTok formats
- Basic video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools)
- Strong content mindset: knows how to create hooks, maintain retention, and drive shares
- Experience in handling social-level communication issues or crisis situations is a plus
- Familiar with booking, KOL/KOC seeding, and community-driven content distribution
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to be on-ground at events when needed
- Comfortable engaging directly with users (commenting, responding, shaping discussions) in a brand-appropriate tone
- Fast-moving, experimental mindset: test fast – learn fast – optimize fast
Nice to Have
- Experience managing TikTok channels or creating viral content
- Strong understanding of fan culture and online community behavior
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, etc.) to accelerate content production
- Good visual taste and understanding of Gen Z aesthetics
