NSS Program Team (Non Shopee) is in charge of driving SPX logistics service adoption beyond Shopee orders targeting social sellers and individual senders. The team designs and executes data-driven programs relating to customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, while managing performance tracking, budget allocation, and cost efficiency to achieve business targets.
Combining strategic foresight with hands-on execution, NSS Program Team plays a pivotal role in scaling and commercializing SPX services.
Job Description
- Play a key role in driving growth initiatives across the seller lifecycle, with a primary focus on the early-stage seller journey (New Seller Flow). This role combines strategic planning, data analysis, and hands-on execution to improve seller activation, early performance, retention, and Share of Wallet (SOW) growth.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing growth programs to improve new seller onboarding, activation, and early stabilization.
- Identifying friction points in the early seller journey and coordinating improvements with Ops, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Conducting cohort and funnel analysis to track early lifecycle performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Driving growth initiatives across multiple sales channels and seller segments in line with overall business priorities.
- Coordinating with BI/Research teams to deliver data-driven insights for program optimization.
- Align with Management and cross-functional teams on priorities, ensuring timely, high-impact execution.
- Taking ownership of outcomes, guide supporting members, and track performance of strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Program Management, Strategy, Consulting, Tech, or E-commerce
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Solid project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead a small but high performing team.
- Experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, or Logistics-related roles
- Experience with SQL, Tableau or other data analysis tools
