We are seeking a Senior SAP Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP solutions that improve business performance across end-to-end processes. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable SAP designs, support implementations/rollouts, and provide expert guidance through go-live and stabilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design aligned to business goals.
- Configure and optimize SAP in your functional area(s) (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM, WM/EWM), including integration touchpoints.
- Own delivery across the project lifecycle: blueprint, build, SIT/UAT, defect triage, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare.
- Produce high-quality documentation: BRD/FS, configuration rationale, test scripts, training materials, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP/Basis/Integration) for enhancements (WRICEF), interfaces (IDoc/API), reports, and workflows.
- Support data migration readiness: master data requirements, cleansing/validation, and reconciliation.
- Provide senior-level production support: incident/problem management, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
- Coach junior consultants and contribute to standards, accelerators, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of SAP consulting experience (implementation and/or support); S/4HANA exposure preferred.
- Strong expertise in at least one core module plus knowledge of cross-module integration.
- Experience with delivery methodologies (SAP Activate, Agile/Waterfall) and strong stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skillsable to lead workshops and present solutions confidently.
Nice to Have
- SAP certification(s), Fiori exposure, integration experience, and background in regulated or high-volume environments.
