Job overview
We are looking for a Japanese-speaking SAP Consultant to join our ABeam team in Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering SAP consulting services to our local and international clients including Japanese clients. This role involves requirement analysis, solution design, system implementation, and user support, while ensuring smooth communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
Main duties
- Participate in SAP implementation and support projects as a Functional Consultant for one or more modules: FICO, MM, SD, PP, or QM.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and validation according to business process design and project scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical consultants, other SAP modules, and business users) to ensure smooth end-to-end process integration.
- Prepare and maintain project documents including Business Blueprint, Functional Design Document, Test Scripts, and User Manuals.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user training to ensure the solution meets business needs.
- Provide post go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and propose system or process improvements.
- Communicate regularly with Japanese and local stakeholders to update project progress, clarify requirements, and align expectations.
- Continuously update knowledge on SAP best practices, new features, and industry trends to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirement
- Vietnamese with Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- At least 35 years of experience in SAP fuctional consulting in one of the modules: FICO, MM, SD, PP, or QM at SAP consulting firms
- Strong understanding of business processes and SAP best practices.
- Proficiency in Japanese language and good communication skills in English.
- Experience working with Japanese clients a strong advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and teamwork spirit.
- Willingness to travel domestically or overseas for project assignments.
