A. Responsibilities:
- Drive digital solution sales for local medium and large enterprises in Vietnam, covering ERP, HR, Finance Digitalization, Supply Chain, Collaboration, and Real Estate Project Management.
- Develop sales strategies and execute the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, proposal preparation, bidding, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Manage and grow key accounts, including large Vietnamese enterprises, foreign manufacturers, and Chinese companies operating in Vietnam, identifying digital transformation needs and enabling long-term cooperation.
- Expand potential customer base through industry events, ecosystem partners, industrial parks, and associations to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Work closely with local partners (FPT, CMC, VNPT, Viettel) and internal presales, delivery, product, and localization teams to ensure a seamless full-cycle customer experience.
- Represent Yonyou at Vietnam industry conferences, associations, and business events to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
- Collect and report customer needs, industry trends, and competitor insights to support product and localization improvements.
B. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above with 8+ years of enterprise software or IT solution sales experience; experience in ERP, SaaS, Finance, or Supply Chain is preferred.
- Experience in major IT vendors or consulting firms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Strong target-orientation and execution capability, able to perform in a fast-paced, international working environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills; familiarity with Vietnamese business culture.
- Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate internal and external teams for successful delivery.
- Good command of English is required; fluency in both Chinese and English is highly preferred.
- Positive mindset, strong ownership, and willingness to grow with the company in Vietnam.
