Key Responsibilities
•Provide timely insights on market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
•Manage customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
•Handle customer expectations and resolve issues effectively
•Prepare and refine tenders and project quotations
•Oversee full project lifecycle from pre-sales to installation and commissioning
•Ensure timely payment collection for all projects
•Collaborate internally to identify cross-selling opportunities
•Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and marketing activities
•Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM tools
•Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve targets
Job Requirements
- Education & Background
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Majors: Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Food Technology Preferred industries: Food machinery, Medical/Pharmaceutical machinery
- Experience: 3–5 years in relevant industries with proven B2B sales experience (account management, business development).
- Prefer experience in packaging machines, processing machines, automation or line solutions.
- Strong product knowledge, industrial process understanding, technical-commercial proposal creation, strategic sales thinking, value selling, contract negotiation, market analysis, and pipeline management.
- Trust building, networking, technical communication, negotiation, storytelling, market intelligence, clear communication and presentation.
- Capability building mindset, customer-centric approach, efficiency-driven.
- Language English: Intermediate (all skills)
