Required Qualifications:
● 3+ years of experience in a QA leadership or team lead role
● 5+ years of experience in software/web QA, including hands-on testing
● Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), CMS
platforms, and responsive design principles
● Experience managing both manual and automation testing
● Familiarity with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA,
TestRail, Zephyr).Knowledge of browser developer tools and ability to debug web
issues
● Experience with website localization testing, including multi-language and
region-specific content
● Understanding of accessibility, SEO, and performance testing is a plus
● Strong organizational and communication skills
● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications:
● Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
● Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholder
Responsibilities:
● Lead and mentor a team of manual and automation ICs
● Own the QA process for our global website, ensuring high standards of quality
across all localized versions
● Define and continuously improve test strategies, plans, and processes for web
testing (functional, regression, cross-browser, responsive, etc.)
● Coordinate and track testing efforts across multiple releases and projects
● Ensure test coverage for a wide range of web features including content accuracy,
navigation, performance, SEO standards, and localization
● Collaborate with developers, designers, content managers, and project
stakeholders to proactively address quality concerns
● Review and enhance automation coverage; support the automation engineer in
maintaining robust automated test suites
● Manage defect tracking and drive resolution with development teams
