Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, recruit, and manage channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to expand the company's partner ecosystem.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to support business expansion across targeted markets.
  • Drive partner enablement through training, product knowledge sharing, and joint sales activities.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with company sales targets and strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth through partner-led sales opportunities and channel initiatives.
  • Work with partners to identify and develop new business opportunities within smart buildings, AIoT, and digital transformation sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposal development, and deal closure.
  • Support partners in customer meetings, solution presentations, and technical discussions when required.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Develop strategic relationships to expand the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B technology sales, ideally with exposure to channel sales, partner management, or solution-based selling.
  • Prior experience in physical security, data center, or IT-related environments is required.
  • Strong experience working with distributors, system integrators, or channel partners.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and effectively managing partner relationships.
  • Technical Understanding: Experience in AIoT, smart building technologies, automation, or enterprise solutions is a must.

  • Salary range: Up to USD 1,200 gross (+ Commission)
