Job Summary

This full-time Senior Sales Associate role at Alice + Olivia involves delivering exceptional customer service, supporting store operations, and driving sales to contribute to the brand's success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and creating a seamless shopping experience that enhances satisfaction
• Achieve personal sales targets and actively contribute to overall store sales goals through effective selling techniques
• Use company selling tools to maximize daily sales and increase customer engagement
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and apply it to inform and assist customers in making purchase decisions
• Maintain and update client books with detailed customer information to support personalized service and build long-term relationships
• Develop and sustain long-term client relationships through consistent, high-quality customer care
• Uphold professional image and grooming standards that reflect the brand's identity and maintain company visual merchandising standards
• Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient retail functioning
• Support in-store operations including processing sales transactions, managing inventory movements, and ensuring compliance with point of sale policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards and deliver excellent customer experiences

• Strong customer service orientation to provide a seamless shopping experience
• Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships through impeccable customer care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional attitude
• Ability to support in-store operations, including sales and inventory management
• Passion for the luxury retail industry and knowledge of fashion trends
• Willingness to work during weekends and public holidays
• Nitec, N Level or above

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Immediate availability or ability to start on short notice
