Job Description:

Project Ownership: Lead the execution and delivery of complex commercial growth initiatives (e.g., structuring and launching new brand acquisition plans, customizing service offerings to match sellers needs).
Business Analysis: Develop robust, data-backed business cases (using expert-level Excel) to assess project viability, forecast P&L impact, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Coordination: Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact, proactively coordinating execution timelines, identifying risks, and managing deliverables across critical cross-functional teams (e.g., BD, Pricing, Supply Planning, Marketing, and Product teams).
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare clear and persuasive decks and narratives to communicate project progress, key insights, and strategic recommendations to mid-to-senior level stakeholders.

Requirements:

3 to 4 years of high-performance experience in Retail Strategy, E-commerce, Business Development, or a similar analytical/strategic function.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or equivalent tools) with a proven ability to build comprehensive financial and operational models, manage large datasets, and extract deep, strategic insights.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and drive complex projects from initial conceptualization through to final implementation.
Strong capability to communicate efficiently and effectively across all functions and levels, with a proven track record of influencing cross-functional partners to deliver shared outcomes.
A highly organized and proactive individual with a can-do entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on delivering quantifiable business impact
