This role will be the driving force behind the accelerated commercial growth and market share expansion of the Fulfillment by Shopee (FBS) business. This role demands an autonomous strategist who can take full, end-to-end ownership of high-priority growth projects, translating strategic vision into execution plans and coordinating efforts across key functional teams to maximize business development impact.
Job Description
- Project Ownership: Lead the execution and delivery of complex commercial growth initiatives (e.g., structuring and launching new brand acquisition plans, customizing service offerings to match sellers needs).
- Business Analysis: Develop robust, data-backed business cases (using expert-level Excel) to assess project viability, forecast P&L impact, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Coordination: Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact, proactively coordinating execution timelines, identifying risks, and managing deliverables across critical cross-functional teams (e.g., BD, Pricing, Supply Planning, Marketing, and Product teams).
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare clear and persuasive decks and narratives to communicate project progress, key insights, and strategic recommendations to mid-to-senior level stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of high-performance experience in Retail Strategy, E-commerce, Business Development, or a similar analytical/strategic function.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or equivalent tools) with a proven ability to build comprehensive financial and operational models, manage large datasets, and extract deep, strategic insights.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and drive complex projects from initial conceptualization through to final implementation.
- Strong capability to communicate efficiently and effectively across all functions and levels, with a proven track record of influencing cross-functional partners to deliver shared outcomes.
