Senior QC Manager

General Job description.

The job position is for a Senior QC manager based in HCM Vietnam / Binh Duong. You will be working with several of our supply partners, manufactures in around Binh Duong and Dong Nai, as well as Carrying out inline and end-of-line inspections at our suppliers. You will also address and resolve in-line quality issues and develop corrective action plans with our suppliers.

You will be responsible for.

Checking general construction quality and finishing of products both in line and end of line. Ensuring that the product follows specifications represented in buying / pre-production samples.

You will update the VP of Sourcing, USA Order Management team, and Senior VPs of Merchandising on supplier quality, inline improvements, and provide end-of-line reports using Qarma software.

You will be required to update and manage MCP / MCS (Master control panels / Master control Swatches with the factories and USA Merchandise teams.

In addition to assessing product quality, you will be responsible for reviewing packaging specifications and standards with suppliers to ensure suitability for purpose and minimize customer returns.

As and when Quality issues arise, you will be required to work with factory technical and finishing teams, to help resolve these points and make sure the improvements are followed through and maintained.
