We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead two of our most critical initiatives. This role is responsible for architecting a unified digital ecosystem by consolidating all existing business portals and applications across our group company, while simultaneously building our new Ticketing and Merchandise e commerce platform from the ground up. This is a high-impact role for a true product leader who excels at complex product solutioning and navigating multifaceted stakeholder environments. You will be the central architect responsible for designing a cohesive platform strategy that streamlines our business operations and launches our new B2C commercial engine.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Strategy & Solutioning:

Lead the architectural vision and end-to-end solution design for a unified business platform, defining the integration strategy for multiple legacy applications.
Define the core platform capabilities, API strategy, and data models required to support both internal business operations and external B2C transactions.
Own the product vision, strategy, and phased roadmap for both the consolidated business portal and the new e-commerce platform, ensuring they function as a cohesive ecosystem.
Conduct a deep-dive analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for simplification, efficiency, and value creation.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership:

Serve as the primary product leader and point of contact for stakeholders across the entire group, including leaders from various business units, technology, marketing, and operations.
Drive alignment and negotiate priorities among business units with diverse and often competing interests to achieve a unified platform goal.
Communicate with a clear and compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap to all levels of the organization, from the executive team to the development squads.

Product Execution & Delivery:

Translate the complex platform solution into an actionable, phased delivery plan with clear milestones.
Author high-level epics and work with other PMs or BAs to break them down into detailed user stories for multiple engineering teams.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and design through development, launch, and iteration.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record in a Senior or Lead PM role.
Demonstrated mastery in Product Solutioning for complex, large-scale platforms. You must have experience architecting solutions that integrate multiple systems. Expert-level stakeholder management skills. Proven experience navigating complex corporate environments, managing executive-level relationships, and aligning multiple business units in a single, strategic direction.
Experience building e-commerce platforms from scratch with a strong understanding of inventory and order management.
A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts and business flows.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Direct experience managing a product portfolio that includes both B2B and B2C e commerce applications.
Familiarity with ticketing, merchandise, or entertainment industry platforms.
Experience working in a group or holding company structure with multiple subsidiaries.
