Responsibilities
User-Facing Product (Vietnam)
Own the product roadmap for the Vietnam market, balancing local user needs with regional strategic direction.
Conduct research and analyze data to understand local students and parents pain points, behaviors, and goals.
Work with curriculum and content teams to ensure product alignment with Vietnam's education standards.
Collaborate with design and engineering to localize and enhance product features that improve learning engagement, conversion, and retention.
Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback, iterating to improve impact and satisfaction.
Business Enablement Product
Partner with business, marketing, and operations teams to identify process inefficiencies and productize internal workflows.
Translate CRM and operational requirements into clear product specs, prioritizing automation and scalability.
Work with engineering and data teams to improve internal dashboards, CRM integrations, and tools that support sales, customer success, and reporting.
Manage backlog, roadmap, and delivery timelines for business tools that enable Geniebook's Vietnam growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
36 years of experience in product management, ideally covering both user-facing products and internal systems (CRM, sales tools, or platform enablement).
Strong understanding of Vietnam's education landscape and user needs.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
Familiarity with sales operations and automation workflows. Experience managing requirements for CRM platforms is a plus.
Data-driven mindset and familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, or Looker.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Previous experience working in multi-country product teams is prefered.
Comfort with agile product development and managing competing priorities.
