Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement a cohesive visual strategy across all digital touchpoints.
- Design and produce compelling visual elements for web properties and other digital platforms.
- Skillfully combine color, shape, and typography to create engaging user interfaces.
- Generate innovative ideas, layouts, and graphics to enhance user experiences.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends and best practices.
- Contribute to other design-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 6+ YOE in UI/UX design, with a proven track record in web and mobile applications.
- Deep understanding of the design thinking process and its importance in product development.
- Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
- Strong presentation skills to effectively convey design processes, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of color coordination, layout design, and industrial applied arts principles to create visually appealing and user-centric software products.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect layouts and design consistency.
- Comfortable working closely with developers and other UI/UX team members.
