Product Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we'd like to meet you.
What you'll be responsible for
- Own the end-to-end design process from early research and ideation to execution and continuous improvement.
- Turn user needs, product goals, and technical constraints into intuitive, scalable experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and shape effective solutions.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that clearly communicate user journeys.
- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms.
- Continuously optimize user experience based on feedback, behavioral data, and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design, ideally with cross-platform digital products.
- Proven track record of designing for shipped, live products (not just pitches or concepts).
- Strong Figma skills and ability to build and maintain component libraries.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
- Comfortable working in agile product teams, iterating quickly based on real-world feedback.
- Excellent communication skills able to explain design rationale and work collaboratively across teams.
Nice to have:
- Experience with post-MVP phases growth, retention, onboarding, and UX debt resolution.
- Background in startupor product-led environments with lean resources.
- Familiarity with product metrics, user research, and data-informed design.
- Ability to advocate for design in cross-functional discussions and roadmap planning.
