Senior Procurement Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main purpose of work:

- In charge in Procuring activities of Central Procurement of Chemicals/Ingredients: with high and important value: Bleaching earth, Acid phosphoric/citric/lactic/acetic/clohiric, Tapioca Starch, Modified Corn Starch,

- Preservative, I+G, Filter Aid, Yeast, Pork Meat and Bone Sweeten, Color, Soya Sauce, PGPR..

- To ensure good & services to be delivered with the best price & performance.

- Sourcing and evaluating prospective suppliers, Maintaining good supplier relations, negotiating price/contracts, propose cost saving project.

Main tasks:

1. Procurement Sourcing Process:

- Suppliers list approve.

- Sourcing new suppliers.

- Verify demand for Bidding/RFQ

- RFQ/Bidding

- Negotiation (price - contract)

- Supplier selection

- Purchase approval

2. Work with Procurement Business on issues to ensure sufficient material supplies for factories

3. Standardize procurement procedure/documentation among entities

4. Make report: Negotiation saving report/ Spending value report/ Sourcing project report/ Continuous improving report/ Working progress report.

5. Documentation and Payment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

- University of Economy / Commerce / Business Administration

Experience:

- 03 - 05 years of experience in procurement/purchasing or other related fields.

- Working in an international business environment in the purchasing department or experience in purchasing high-value orders; understanding of manufacturing plants, trading companies and supply chains; knowledge of the market of the product being in charge; knowing how to create cooperative relationships with related parties.

Expertise skills:

- Microsoft Office

- Software such as Ariba, SAP, ERP

- Good English communication

- Presentation skills; Negotiation skills; supplier management skills.
