We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support the growth of the Korea Local Shop ecosystem. This role will focus on acquiring, onboarding, and incubating Korean local sellers, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable business growth.
The ideal candidate is structured, data-driven, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
- Identify and acquire high-potential Korean local sellers across key categories.
- Build relationships with brands, distributors, agencies, and seller communities.
- Support newly onboarded sellers through the onboarding and activation journey.
- Educate sellers on platform tools, campaigns, ads, livestream, and growth opportunities.
- Drive seller performance through data-driven business reviews and action plans.
- Explore and establish partnerships with relevant industry associations, agencies, service providers, and seller communities.
- Support initiatives that expand the Korean local seller ecosystem and increase platform awareness.
- Drive strategic projects related to KR Local Shop expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Product, Livestream, Affiliate, and Logistics.
- Analyze category trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, E-commerce, Consulting, or related fields.
- Korean and English business proficiency.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial mindset and ownership.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Korean consumer brand ecosystem in Vietnam.
- Korean nationals currently based in Vietnam
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, creator economy, or digital commerce.
- Experience working with brands, distributors, or agencies.
- Experience in seller acquisition or merchant onboarding.
