Senior Presales & Sales Executive (Microsoft Business Central)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Presales & Sales Executive specializing in Microsoft Business Central, Odoo, or Cuscen (preferred). The position is based in HCM City, Vietnam and involves managing the complete sales cycle, including identifying client needs, presenting solutions, demo and driving sales opportunities to closure.

Key responsibilities include account management, responding to customer inquiries, building strong client relationships, and developing new business opportunities. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to create tailored proposals, demo and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills with a proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate solutions effectively to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Proficiency in solution selling, preferably with experience in Microsoft Business Central or other ERP platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client challenges and propose effective solutions
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is preferred
