Job Summary
To support People & Branding Director in delivering innovative HR communication, driving marketing and branding activities, and strengthening Nefab Vietnams image as both a trusted packaging solution provider and an Employer of Choice.
The position is located at Nefab Vietnam factory in Bac Ninh province and will report to People and Brand Director, East Asia. You will work from Monday to Friday with one day work from home.
Main Responsibilities
Branding and Marketing (60%)
- Support HR & Branding Manager to launch HR communications with innovation & inspiration (e.g. announcements, recognition corner, TV screen updates, notice boards).
- Ensure Nefab Vietnam news is actively communicated across all social media channels.
- Plan, edit, and write content for internal and external communication channels (intranet, email, newsletters, websites, and social media).
- Assist in designing and decorating office, showroom, facilities, and exhibitions in alignment with corporate branding guidelines.
- Coordinate and drive campaigns to position Nefab Vietnam as an Employer of Choice.
- Lead and organize events related to career fairs, job fairs, and campus recruitment in partnership with the team to reach and attract young talents.
- Organize trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional activities to showcase Nefab solutions.
- Design and produce marketing materials (leaflets, brochures, flyers, presentations) to promote products and services.
- Monitor and analyze effectiveness of digital and branding campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
Employer Branding and Employee relations (40%)
- Implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen company visibility among target candidates and the labor market.
- Support employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate internal communication initiatives to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company values.
- Assist in managing employee relations matters, including feedback collection, dialogue with employee representatives, and supporting HR in compliance with labor regulations.
- Provide inputs to improve employee experience and strengthen corporate culture.
Minimum Experience And Education Requirements
EDUCATION
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience
- 13 years of relevant experience in Marketing/Communication; experience in employer branding or HR/employee relations is a plus.
- Good writing and content creation skills; design ability (Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
- Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Strong event management, communication, and teamwork skills.
- English proficiency (reading & writing).
LANGUAGES
- English proficiency (reading & writing). Korean and/or Japanese speaking to be seen as a plus.
