Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth & Partnerships: Develop and execute strategies to expand LTSs partner ecosystem across key markets (Japan, US, SEA...).
  • Market Development: Identify, evaluate, and engage with new business opportunities, strategic partners, and co-branding initiatives.
  • Partner Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, product, and service delivery teams to align goals and drive joint success.
  • Deal Structuring: Lead complex negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure mutual value creation.
  • Service Portfolio Management: Work with service owners to align partnership strategies with current and future service offerings, contributing to the development and positioning of scalable, market-fit services.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor partnership KPIs and deliver reports to leadership with insights and recommendations.
  • Team Mentorship: Coach junior team members or collaborators when needed to execute partnership projects effectively.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years&apos experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or growth roles (preferably in IT, SaaS, or outsourcing).
  • Strong strategic thinking and market insight.
  • Proven experience in deal-making, client/account management, or ecosystem expansion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across functions in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
  • Fluent in English; Japanese/Korean is a plus.

Salary: Upto 40M + Performance based award.
