Job Description
We are expanding our Oracle practice and are looking for talented Oracle HCM Functional Consultants and Oracle HCM Technical Consultants to join our growing team. If you are passionate about Oracle Fusion HCM and have experience delivering successful HR transformation projects, we'd love to hear from you.
What We're Looking For
✅ 6+ years of Oracle HCM experience (Functional or Technical)
✅ Strong experience in:
- Core HR
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Absence Management
✅ Experience with:
- Redwood UX
- Visual Builder Studio (VBS) / VBCS
- HDL / HSDL
- OTBI Reporting
- BI Publisher
- HCM Extracts
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Security Console and Role Configuration
✅ Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, enhancements, and support projects
✅ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
