Job Description
We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be devoted to finding the best engineers for our development team. You will be responsible for spearheading all recruitment efforts from beginning to end.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Recruitment
- Source and engage qualified IT candidates to build a strong talent pool for Vietnam & Singapore.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Maintain candidate networks, databases, and relationships with recruitment partners (outsourcing agencies, headhunters, universities, career sites,).
- Manage the onboarding process and provide recruitment reports.
- Ensure fair, compliant, and ISO-aligned recruitment practices.
- Research market trends and salary benchmarks to provide insights for competitive hiring.
- Support Sales Team to provide candidates for tenders
2. Employer Branding & Culture
- Execute employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing team (Singapore) to promote company branding.
- Support HR & Admin in organizing company events and activities to strengthen culture and employee engagement.
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee training programs to support professional development.
Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years experience in IT recruitment with full-cycle hiring exposure.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.

- Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic tech environment.
- Positive service mindset with a can-do attitude.
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of Fintech & IoT industry.
